As soon as he graduated from the Belgian Royal Film Institute (RITCS), Dirk directed two short films called ‘Up’ and ‘Low life’. His work was short listed at several festivals and showed a special ability to create kind of “weird” ambiance through visuals, casting and music.

As from 2011, Dirk is part of the internationally acclaimed duo called Norman Bates. We are very proud of him.
